So, who am I?

Well, let’s start with the basics: I’m a full-time real estate agent with the Ashley Team at REMAX Heritage, proudly serving the Kansas City metro, including my hometown of Raytown, MO. I’m also an Army veteran (15 years strong), a former tech support guy, a lifelong 80s enthusiast, and probably the only Realtor you’ll meet who can quote The Goonies, fix your internet, and explain the VA loan all in the same conversation.

From Cambodia to Kansas City

My story starts halfway around the world—I was born in Cambodia, and my family fled during the Khmer Rouge era to find a better life. We landed in Southeast Texas, and eventually, I made my way to the KC area in the early 90s, where I’ve lived ever since.

From Soldier to Service-Focused Agent

I joined the U.S. Army National Guard in 2000, deploying to Kuwait/Iraq in 2003-2004 and Kosovo 2008-2009, activated for 2 State Emergency duties for the winter storm of 2010 and the Ferguson MO riots in 2014. After the military, I worked in customer service and tech support, but I always knew I wanted to do something more personal—something that let me help people in a big way.

Real estate became that "something."

In 2021, I dove into the world of real estate full-time, and I haven’t looked back. Since then, I’ve helped families find their dream homes, guided first-time buyers through the process, and proudly served my fellow veterans using their VA loan benefits (yes, I’m a little nerdy about that stuff).
